JRP Management Resources, Inc. holds a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification and has experience working with state and federal contracts. The founders of the company, Jorge E. Pino and Ruth Pino, have over 20 years of experience in turf maintenance service, lawn and grounds maintenance services, and ice and snow removal services.
JRP has expanded its service offerings to include concrete work and ADA-compliant ramp installations, further enhancing our commitment to accessible and durable infrastructure. We are proud to maintain 756 bus shelters across the Washington, DC area, servicing each shelter twice weekly — totaling 1,512 cleanings per week. Our comprehensive maintenance includes deep cleaning, poster and advertising installations, and broken glass repairs.
From 2016 to 2024, JRP successfully executed the Ride On Bus Stop Maintenance and Snow Removal Contract for Montgomery County, including services for the City of Rockville, for two consecutive contract periods. Additional service areas include Anne Arundel County (transit stop cleaning), Howard County (rights-of-way recovery), and Rockville (weed control program along roadways).
